ABC India Ltd was incorporated on 27/10/72 as Assam Bengal Carriers Ltd & subsequently obtained a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation on 04/12/80 pursuant to the change of its name to ABC India limited ABCIL is an existing profit-making & dividend paying Comp. engaged in the business of transportation of goods by road. It is a member of TCI-Boruka Group which is a leading transport operator in India. ABCIL has been promoted by Mr. Anand Agarwal & his associates . Mr. Anand Agarwal, who is the Managing Director of company, is the son of Late P.D. Agarwal, the founder of TCI-Bhoruka Group.

ABCIL service network for transportation of general cargo is spread throughout the country. It has 183 branches throughout India & is equipped with a strong base in the North Eastern Region. By virtue of being a member of TCI-Bhoruka Group, the Comp. presently has access to over 800 depots all over India. The company clientele ranges from small retailers to large public sector undertakings. The Comp. owns 40 trucks, 4 heavy duty tractors & 40 Axle Trailers.
