ACE INTEGRATED FINANCE LIMITED [AIFLs] was incorporated 04.10.1993 as a public limited Comp. under the Companies Act, 1956 & registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana. The Comp. became entitled to commence business on 18-11-1993 vide Certificate for Commencement of Business issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana.

The core business of Comp. is Leasing, Bill Discounting & investment in shares & securities & providing financial & management consultancy services. The Comp. has recently got the SEBI Registration as a Category III Merchant Bankers. The main activity of Comp. also includes providing Project preparation & appraisal, arranging Project financing & corporate advisory services.

The Comp. started its business with a paid up capital of Rs. 25 lacs. Within a span of 9 months of operation, the Comp. has achieved a turnover of Rs. 14.70 lacs & registering a net profits of Rs. 5.09 lacs. The Comp. has declared a dividend of 15% prorata in its very first year of operations.

The Comp. now diversified into merchant banking services & it is already providing project consultancy services to 4 projects.
