- The main objects of Comp. interalia include `to act as Stock & Share Brokers & to take memberships of Stock Exchanges in Inida & abroad'.

1995 - The Comp. proposes to charge 4% service charges at an average from its clients.

- The Comp. proposes to act as Brokers to the Public Issues in a big way.

- The Comp. issue of 35,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 350.00 lacs.

2000 - The Comp. proposes to enter into the field of information technology. It Aasheesh IT Education, which will focus on IT education, by setting up 150 outlets through franchise route. This division will collaborate with Crystal India Institute of Management and Technologiy approved by AICTE [Ministry of Human Resources & Developments]. Later, the group will also enter into software development.
