Aditya International Limited, was incorporated as a Private Limited Comp. under the companies Act, 1956 on 1st March, 1990 with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Bombay, subsequently converted to limited Comp. on 28th February, 1995 by passing Special Resolution in the Annual General Meeting.

Since the date of incorporation the Comp. has been actively involved in exporting a wide range of high value specialised textiles, readymades & cotton made ups to a host of European countries & U.S.A.

Exports & Profits for period ended 31st March, 1995 increased 198.93% & 130.73%, respectively compared to the previous year.

The Comp. imports high value silk yarn mainly from China & after due processing & styling, the finished garments are exported.
