M/s Advance Multitech Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited Comp. on 16.4.1979 under the name of M/s Honest Textiles Pvt Limited The Comp. was converted into Public Limited Comp. on by passing special resolution 29.6.86 & the name was changed to Advance Multitech Limited on 18.6.1991.

The Comp. has been promoted by Shri Vishwanath Goenka, Shri Arvindkumar Goenka & Dr. Shailesh R Dhurva.
