Ajanta Soya limited [ASLs] was incorporated on January 13,1992 as a public limited Comp. with the main object of setting up a project for manufacture of Vanaspathi. The Comp. obtained certificate of commencment of business on Februvary 25,1992.

ASL belongs to an existing profit making group having a proven track record in the business of oil, vanaspathi, and solvent extraction,Alloy steel castings etc . Main constituents of group are Guru proteins limited & G D Ferro Alloys [Ps] Ltd.

With its success in Vanaspati Plant, the Comp. manufactured Refined Oil under the brand name 'Dhruv' and introduced Refined Oil in small packs in the brand name 'Anchal' during 1994-95.
