Subsequetly it was converted into Public Limited Comp. on 21.4.1993 under the change of name as Ajwa Fun World & Resort limited vide certificate No. 04-18294. The Comp. proposes to undertake the business of development of places of Amusement, Recreation, Sports, Dances & Entertainment of all kinds. The undertaking of such activity is permitted by clause No. 26 of 'Other Objects' of Memorandum of Association of Company. Accordingly the members of Comp. have given an approval pursuant to the provisions of Section 149[2As] of Companie Act, 1956, by a Special Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 6th Dec., 1993.
