YEAR EVENTS 1989 - The Comp. was established as a Private Limited Comp. on 26th June, & then converted into a Public Limited Comp. with effect from 12th August 1991.

1991 - Vishnu Vijay Packagers Pvt. limited an Aurangabad-based Company manufacturing Flexible Packaging Material was taken over by the Promoters of Akar Laminators limited in November 1991 under a rehabilitation package tailored by State Industrial and Investment Corporation [SICOMs] & Maharashtra State Finance Corporation [MSFCs].

2000 - The Comp. was amalgamated with Sharp Industries Ltd.
