AKASH HOUSING LIMITED is a housing development Comp. based at Madras. The Comp. was incorporated on September 26, 1995 & obtained Certificate of commencement of business on 27th September 1995 with the main object of carrying on the activity of property development, both in residential & commercial segments. However, main emphasis shall be that of building of housing complexes.

In residential segment, the emphasis shall be on meeting the housing needs of urban/suburban population of Madras & surrounding areas.

In the commercial segment, the concentration shall be on development of full fledged commercial complexes having both shops & offices, in & around prime business localities of Madras.

The Comp. has a project on hand, which is at advanced stage of planning & is negotiating a few others.
