YEAR EVENTS 1992 - Alacrity Housing Limited [AHLs] was incorporated as a Public Limited Comp. on 19th May, & obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 2nd June. It was promoted by M/s. Alacrity Foundations Private Limited, Chennai & a group of professionals.

- It was primarily set up to pursue activity of constructing and selling residential housing complexes & related activities. It took over the entire business interests & opportunities of the building division of M/s. Alacrity Foundation Pvt. Ltd.

1994 - 400 No. of Equity shares of Rs 10 each subscribed by Signatories to the Memorandum of Association. During November, 1992, the Comp. issued 79,99,600 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par of which 16,00,000 shares & 15,99,600 shares were reserved & allotted on a firm basis to promoter Comp. M/s. Alacrity Foundation [Ps] limited for consideration other than cash & to promoters, directors etc. respectively. Balance 48,00,000 shares issued to the public.
