History of Alexcon Extrusion Ltd.

Alexcon Extrusion Limited [AELs] was incorporated on 16th September, 1988 as a Public Limited Comp. with the Registrar of Companies, New Delhi & obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on the same day.

The Company Registered Office was in New Delhi & the same is shifted to Bombay for which approval from Comp. Law Board has been obtained, vide their order dated 13.2.91.

The Comp. was incorporated with the main object of carrying on the business of manufacture of non-ferrous metal extrusion & its alloys, set up ferrous & furnaces, continuous casting & rolling mill plant for producing steel, alloy ingots & all kinds & sizes of re-rolled sections, etc.

AEL has set up a 100% Export Oriented Unit to manufacture Aluminium Extrusion products comprising of tubes & solid sections which has application in industrial sectors viz. Automobile, Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, Heavy Engineering, Construction etc. The Comp. has received Letter of Intent for manufacture of 5000 tpa of Aluminium tubes & tubing including capillary tubing at Vanavate Village, Khopoli Pen Road, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra.

PROMOTERS The Comp. is promoted by Mr Kiran P.Dalal, Mr. Shailesh P. Dalal & Mr. Chandrakant R. Khandelwal. The Chief Promoter Mr. Kiran Dalal, & Mr. Shailesh Dalal, have around two decades of experience in International business through their other firms of over 50 years standing in shipping, import and export; & are well versed with international & domestic markets for various commodities & services.

Mr Kiran Dalal & Shri Shailesh Dalal are partners in is] Orient Transport Comp. which is a clearing & forwarding agency; iis] M/s. Aspinwall Lukhmidars which is engaged in shipping industry as sea freight brokers & charters; & iiis] M/s Orient Haulers and Movers, which is engaged in material handling needs of grop companies.
