Alka Spinners limited [ASLs] was incorporated on 30th November, 1993 as Alka Sales P. limited with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently, the name was changed to Alka Spinners P. limited on 21st April, 1994 & then to Alka Spinners limited on 21st September, 1994. The Comp. is promoted by Mr. R.B. Panchariya & Mr. S. R. Panchariya.

The Comp. is presently doing business in yarn on commission basis since its incorporation in November, 1993.
