History of Alps BPO Services Ltd.

YEAR EVENTS 1995 - M/s. Alps Data Products Pvt. limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Comp. on 30th March, having its registered office at 6. Surya Complex, C.G Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. The Comp. was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Comp. on 31st July, with a view to expand and diversify into allied products. The authorised share capital of Comp. has been raised to Rs. 550.00 lacs.

- Shri Mukesh Patel, promoter of Issuer Comp. along with other two partners started operation on a small scale in August 1988 under the name of 'Alps Data Products', a partnership firm, operating in the field of computer consumables.

1997 - The Comp. has made a Public Issue of Tit, shares aggregating to Rs. 3,05,00,000/- to the Indian Public.

1999 - The name of Comp. has been changed to ALPS INFOSYS LTD. w.e.f. 30th March.

2000 - The Comp. has acquired 100 per cent stake in a running unit based at Bangalore.
