Ambitious Plastomac Comp. Ltd., was incorporated on the 15th September 1992 & obtained the certificate for commencement of business on the 19th November 1992, from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay.

The Comp. has taken over the running business of Ambitious Plastomac Marketing Company, a partnership firm engaged in marketing of baby feeding bottles & accessories including the brand name 'MUM'S LOVE' vide agreement dated 27th June, 1993 which has been taken into consideration by GIIC while appraising the project.

The Comp. is now setting up a project for manufacture of PET Bottles, Baby Care Products, PVA Jars etc.
