History of Aminex Chemical Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated on 12th May, 1989 as a public limited Comp. & has obtained a certificate of commencement of business, from the registrar of companies, Maharashtra, Bombay on 21st November 1989.

The project is set up at Kurkumbh, Dist Pune, Chemical zone to manufacture inorganic chemicals, namely sulphuric acid, with capacity of 150 tpd & downstream products chlorosulphonic acid and Ferric Alum with capacity of 15 tpd and 30 tpd respectively. The total project outlay is estimated at Rs.1597 lacs as appraised & partly funded by Bank of Baroda, Bombay.
