2002 - On 29th October 2002 name of Comp. was changed from Amstar Laminates limited to Amardeep Industries.

2003 - Board of directors of Comp. on 5th September 2003, had proposed to sub divide the existing 6606900 equity shares of Rs 10 each in to share of Rs 1/- each.
