The Comp. was incorporated as a Pvt Ltd one under the Companies Act,1956 on 16 Aug 1988 under the name Orkay Fabrics Pvt Ltd in the state of Gujarat & converted into Public Ltd Co. by passing special resolution on 27 April 1992 & fresh certificate of incorporation was on change of name had been issued by Registrar of Companies ,Gujarat on 12th May 1992. The name of Comp. has been changed from Orkay Fabrics Ltd to Anjani Fabrics Ltd for which fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name has been obtained from Registrar of Companies,Gujarat on 22nd Dec,1993.The Comp. was incorporated with a main object of printing,dyeing & processing of manmade synthetic fabrics.The commercial production of Comp. was started in Dec,1989.
