Ansal Housing and Construction limited formerly known as Ansal Housing Finance and Leasing limited was incorporated as a public limited Comp. on 22nd October, 1983. The Comp. made a public issue in December 1985. The Comp. was promoted by Sushil Ansal, Gopal Ansal & Deepak Ansal & Ansal properties and Industries [Ps] limited as well as their associates. The name of the Comp. was changed to Ansal Housing and Construction limited w.e.f 31st May, 1990. The Comp. is at present mainly engaged in the construction of High Rise Buildings, Residential complexes, Farm Houses, Real Estate Development & Construction etc.
