YEAR EVENTS 1869 - The Comp. was Incorporated at Calcutta. The Company objects is Cultivation of tea.

1965 - With a view of converting the factory to C.T.C. type of manufacture, a new dryer & other C.T.C. machines were being installed.

1966 - The Comp. installed on 6 ft. `Quality' dryer & 3 C.T.C. machines.

- The Comp. proposed to diversify into other activities in view of technological & industrial development taking place.

1978 - 30,000 Bonus equity shares issued in prop. 1:1 during 1977-78.

1979 - Crop harvested increased. But the working deteriorated due to unfavourable market conditions.

1993 - 40,000 Bonus equity shares issued in prop. 2:3.
