The Comp. was incorporated on 22nd December, 1987.

It was promoted in the joint sector by Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd [PSIDCs] jointly with M/s Arihant Fabrics limited The Comp. manufactures Polyester-viscose [P/Vs] Blended Yarns of 15s, 20s, 32s & 40s & other counts, both from grey & dyed fibres.

The factory is located at village Bridwal, Tehsil Dhuri, District Sangrur in Punjab on a plot admeasuring 78850 sq. yards with an installed capacity of 1152 positions 16 Nos. Murata Air-jet spinners of 72 positions each.

The Comp. has entered into an agreement with M/s Murata Machinery Ltd., Japan, the suppliers of Air Jet Spinning Machines for provision of technical know-how for project. The Air-jet spinning Technology [AJSs] is revolutionary in as much as there are very few moving parts unlike ring spinning on open ended spinning tecnologies & production of AJS machiners is ten times that of conventional ring spinning systems & twice that of open & spinning system.

1996-97: The Comp. is proposing to increase the capacity of its 100% EOU by installing additional 12096 spindles for which the mobilisation of financial resources has already been planned. The Comp. has approached financial institutions & hopes to get a favourable response.
