Arihant Foundations And Investment [Madrass] Private Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Comp. on 6th March 1992. The Comp. was converted into Public Limited Company on 6th April 1995 under the name & style of 'Arihant Foundations And Housing Finance Limited'. The Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent of change of name was obtained on 22nd May 1995. Subsequently the name of the company was changed to 'Arihant Foundations and Housing Limited' [AFHLs] on 2nd June 1995 & the fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent of change of name was obtained on 9th June 1995.
