Arman Lease and Finance Limited was incorporated on 26th November 1992 as Private Limited Comp. under the name & style Arman Lease and Finance Private Limited, & was converted into Public Limited Comp. vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 22nd December 1993. It was promoted with the main object of providing a wide spectrum of financial services both fund & non fund based activities such as Lease/Hire Purchase Finance, Bill Discounting, Investment in primary & secondary market, Merchant Banking, Portfolio Management, Loan Syndication, etc.
