The Comp. was incorporated on 14th November, 1986in state of Tamil Nadu, as a Public Limited Comp. under the Companies Act, 1956, obtained its Certificate of Commencement of Business on 4th December, 1986 & started commercial operatin in August, 1989, with th eterm loan assistance from Tamilnadu Industrial investment Corporation [TIICs] of Rs.46.70 lacs & a plant capacity of 12,000 tonnes of Steel Conduit Tubes per annum. Thereafter the plant has been realigned, with a further TIIC assistance of Rs.31.00 lacs, sanctioned in May, 1993, for manufacture Steel Tubes under IS. The Comp. has its Steel Tube manufacturing unit at Gummudipoondi 45 Km away from Madras, Tamil Nadu with a land space of 3.03 acres.
