The Comp. is an 100% Export Oriented Unit [EOUs] which was set up in 1987 at Rajpur, Kadi District, Mehsana, Gujarat.

The Comp. manufactures & exports gray cotton fabrics. The Comp. has an installed capacity of 60 looms & it commenced commercial production in February, 1990.

The Comp. was promoted by promoted by Mr.D.N.Rai & Mr.J.S.Gupta.

The Comp. has entered into a technical agreement with Benninger, Switzerland. Benninger will assist the Comp. to implement the project & to keep updating the technology.

In its expansion project the Comp. proposes to expand its capacity by addition of 96 looms at a new facility to be located about 3 kms from the existing location. The Comp. is going to export its enhanced product range to Far East & U.S. Markets.
