Ashirwad Steels and Industries Limited was originally incorporated on 19.02.1986 as Ashirwad Mercantiles Limited. Subsequently the name was changed to Ashirwad Steels and Industries Limited w.e.f 10.02.1993.

The Comp. is engaged in bottling of Hydrocarbon Gas with its two factories located at Uluberia Industrial Growth Centre, Uluberia, Howrah & Raigarh, Madhya Pradesh. For the year 1993-94, the Comp. achieved a sales turnover of Rs.106.86 lacs & a net profit of Rs.9.73 lacs. Now, the Comp. will set up a 2 Gas Filling Plants at the above location & will take up distribution of LP Gas [Liquified Petroleum Gass]. It also proposes to manufacture steel tubes of size 1/2' to 6' NB.
