The commpany started commercial activities in May 1984. It manufactures & exports handmade wool & silk pile carpets. Crystal Water Co. Ltd., became a subsidiary of Comp. during 1986, This subsidiary undertook to manufacture water-coolers-cum-heaters under the brand name 'HOT IN COLD', Trial operations commenced in June 1987.

Pelican Construction Ltd., become a subsidiary of Comp. during 1987-88.

The Comp. has also diversified its activities into the field of imports, consumer durables & real estate business.
