YEAR EVENTS 1991 - The Comp. was incorporated on 9th May, as a private limited and subsequently converted into a public Comp. & a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 9th June 1992. The Comp. has been promoted by Chennai based Tatia group, headed by Sri. Pannalal Tatia.

- The Comp. proposes to set up a modern Health cum Holiday Resort at Thalli Region near Bangalore city.

- The Comp. is engaged in the construction of exclusive residential flats in Vepery, Chennai.

1992 - The Comp. is promoting an Indian Heritage Village essentially targeted at high profile foreign nationals & Non-Resident Indians on an exclusive membership fee.

- The Comp. has entered into an agreement with the promoters and their relatives for outright purchase of 129 acres of land & a lease agreement for 10.5 acres for 5 years.

1994 - An agreement has been entered with the renowed German landscape designers Deep Forest Landscape Consultants. The consultants have given a blueprint for landscaping which includes creation of ornamental gardens & artificial waterfalls around all the finished buildings.

- The Comp. has joined hands with Apollo Hospitals Group for providing hi-tech health, care in the Health Farm.

- The Comp. had obtained a transponder in the Satellite `RIMSAT' for a period of one year as a gift from the Company business associates in Bahrain.

- The Comp. commissioned a viewership survey to establish programme acceptance. The company, inspired by overwhelming response, has recently obtained another transponder & has leased it to UDAYA TV which is becoming Kannada programmes.

1995 - The Comp. has tied-up with M/s. Wheway Lifestyle International of Champneys fame & Syntax Group of Queen Elizabeth II fame both based in U.K. for designing, executing & operating the Health SPA & for a strategic alliance for promoting the Hospitality aspects at the Health Farm.

- The Comp. launched its second project Viz., Tatia Drive-In which has been equally well received in the market.

- The Comp. launched the Fixed Deposits Schemes during the last week of October '94 & as on 31st March 1995 accepted deposits worth Rs. 1,864,000/-.

1996 - The Comp. obtained the fresh certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies on 18.10.95 with the new name Tatia Skyline and Health Farms Limited with the deletion of `s' from the word skylines.

2000 - The Name of Comp. is changed as Ashram Online.com Limited.
