The Comp. was incorporated as a private limited Comp. in the state of Gujarat on 27.11.1991 under the name & style of Radheshyam Agro Cold Storage Private Limited. The Comp. was converted into a Public Limited Comp. on 14.12.1993 with change in name to Radheshyam Agro Industries Limited. The Comp. obtained a Certificate for above conversions on 14th December 1993.

The Comp. has been promoted by Mr. Chandrakant Amritlal Sheth & Mr. Rasiklal N Dalal.

The Comp. has set up a cold storage facility with 5340 tons capacity in which Potatoes, Spices, Jaggery, Seeds, Dry fruits & Milk & Milk products are being stored.
