The Comp. was incorporated as a private limited Comp. on 27th July,1978 & was converted into a public limited Comp. on 2nd November, 1985. It was promoted by Qualified engineers. The Comp. was admitted as a partner into a partnership firm, Accurate Engineering Comp. from 1st August , 1984 & the entire undertaking of firm manufacturing bearings was alloted to the Comp. with all the assets & liabilities upon dissolution of partnership firm in the settlement of its rights title & interest as partner . The Comp. entered into a registered Agreement with Accurate Engineers for non-exclusive use of well know & popular trade mark 'aec' for bearing manufactured by company.
