History of Chemox Laboratories Ltd.

Bentoll Chemical Products Limited was incorporated in the state of maharashtra as private limited Comp. & obtained certificate of incorporation on 28th June, 1982. The Comp. became a deemed public limited Comp. with effect from 15th May, 1990 & obtained new Certificate of Incorporation on the same day. Later the Comp. was converted into Public Limited Comp. on 29.9.1992 & obtained a fresh certificate of incorporation on 3.01.1994.

The Comp. had set up a Plant to manufacture Analgin with an installed capacity of 300 mtpa, the commercial production for which commenced in March 1991. The installed capacity was raised from 300 mtpa to 345 mtpa in January 1993. The company product viz. Analgin is a pharmaceutical product used in formulations of pain killers. Bentoll is also petrochemicals of pain killers. Bentoll is also engaged in the marketing & exports of organic, inorganic chemicals & petrochemicals.
