The Comp. was incorporated on 26th April 1991 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Calcutta under the name & style of DABRIWALA HIRE PURCHASE COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED with the main objects, interalia of carrying on the business of Lease and Hire Purchase financing. The name of Comp. was changed to DHP Financial Services Pvt. limited on 5th April, 1995 & the Comp. became a public limited Comp. by passing a special resolution on 6th April, 1995 in terms of Section 44 of Companies Act, 1956 & fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on 7th April, 1995.
