The Comp. is part of Apollo Hospitals group headed by Dr. Prathap C. Reddy. The Comp. runs a multi/super speciality hospital in Hyderbad. The Comp. was incorporated on 11th December 1981. The Comp. incurred losses since inception & its accumulated losses stood at Rs.972 lakhs as on 31.03.1994. Subsequently the Comp. implemented a rehabilitation package approved by banks & financial institutions. The Comp. also made a rights issue pursuant to the rehabilitation package in October 1994. The proceeds of issue were proposed to be used for meeting the past overduesof the companies. In the year 1993-94, the Comp. showed improvements in its performance.
