History of Delta Polysters Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated on 4th October 1993 as a Public Limited Comp. & obtained certificate of commencement of business on 12th November, 1993 under the Companies Act 1956, at the office of Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra with an authorised capital of Rs. 25 Lakhs.

The Comp. proposes to manufacture & trade in Synthetics, Cotton Yarn & Textiles. A substantial quantity of Texturised Dyed Yarn, Twisted Dyed Yarn & Cotton Dyed Yarn will be consumed by Associate companies/firms & the balance production will be marketed, for which the Comp. will have a marketing network.

The Comp. proposes to install a SDS-700 texturising machine having 216 spindles with Roto set which will be capable of texturising 560 tonnes of 80 Denier Yarn per annum. The Comp. also proposes to install 3 Lohia two-in-one twisters for twisting of non Roto texturised Yarn which will have a capacity of around 280 tonnes per annum.

The Comp. also proposes to set up a dyeing Plant 'Tex Fab' with a capacity of around 2500 Kg Per Day for dyeing of synthetic yarn & cotton yarn. Cotton yarn shall be doubled with doublers. The plant is flexible enough to texture, twist & dye other desired deniers of POYs also.
