YEAR EVENTS 1995 - The Comp. was Incorporated on 18th October, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh & Chandigarh. The Comp. received its Certificate of Commencement of Business on 19th October.

- Classic Global Impex Ltd, promoted by Sh. Nagesh Aggarwal & his associates was incorporated as a Public Limited Comp. under the Companies Act, 1956. The Comp. proposes to act as an import & export house & to carry on the business in any way connected therewith.

1996 - During the year under review, the Comp. came out with public issue of 22,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 228 Lacs, issue of 10,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs 100 Lacs reserved for firm allotment to NRIs with repatriation benefits & issue of 1,70,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 17 lacs reserved for firm allotment to Onida Finance Ltd., lead managers to the issue.
