History of Dhampur Sugar [Kashipurs] Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated on 15th May, 1972 in Uttar Pradesh. The Comp. manufacturing corrugating medium [also called fluting mediums] used for manufacture of corrugated boards and boxes.

The Comp. was promoted by Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. During 1988-89 the overall working improved significantly on account of higher production & better realisation. Sales increased compared to the previous year.

The Comp. is planning to enhance the existing Machine capacity to 80 PPD by introducing of State of art technology in Pulp & Paper.

2003

-DSM Agro Products Ltd has inform that the Board of Directors has decided in their meeting held on December 24, 2003 have considered & approved delisting of equity shares of Comp. from Kanpur and Delhi Stock Exchanges, subject to the approval of members in the AGM to be held on March 30, 2004.

2007

-Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Bhatnagar has been appointed as Whole Time Director of Comp. with effect from March 31, 2007.

2008

-Company name has been changed from DSM Agro Products Ltd to Dhampur Sugar [Kashipurs] Ltd.
