History of Dhanvantri Jeevan Rekha Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated on 11th day of June, 1993 as a Public Limited Comp. with the Registrar of Companies in Utter Pradesh with the main object of providing diagnostic & therapeutic services including Magnetic Resonance Imaging [MRIs]. The Comp. obtained certificate for commencement of business on 2nd August 1993. The Company was incorporated with an authorised capital of Rs. 200.00 lacs which was subsequentiy increased to Rs. 500.00 Lacs from time to time. In the month of October 1993 the Comp. acquired a constructed building at 1, Saket, Meerut for establishing the Diagnostic Centre. The renovation of site has already been completed. Diagonostic equipments in the Urology & Cardiology sections have already been installed & are in operation. The first case of Therapeutic services un urology section has been successfully performed on 10/ 01/95.
