YEAR EVENTS 1995 - The Comp. was incorporated in the name of SONAL ORGANICS LIMITED on 27, June vide certification of Incorporation No.04-26526 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad, & obtained Certificate for commencement of business on July 7, & the name of Comp. was changed on 24th August as DENIM ORGANICS LIMITED.

- The Comp. is setting up a project at Sanand village Iyava, taluka AHmedabad, Gujarat for manufacture 300 tons Amonium Alum per day.

2000 - The Comp. has entered into a tripartite agreement with NSDL.

2001 - The Comp. has acquired a running film distribution house operating from Calcutta & Patna.

- The Comp. has acquired the Delhi-based production facility of Shivan Studio for a total consideration of Rs 70 lakhs.

- The Comp. has entered into an MoU to acquire the entire business of GAS Music Pvt Ltd in an all-cash deal worth Rs 75 Lakhs.
