Divya Chemicals limited was set up in 1981 for manufacture of Sulphuric acid with a plant at Roha in Maharashtra. The Comp. is owned by Danani group. The Comp. came out with Public issue sometime towards the end of 1981. In 1990-91 the Comp. took over MP Agro Morarji Fertilizers. In 1992 the Comp. successfully completed the part of their further expansion-cum-diversification programme in respect of Sulphuric acid, oleum & chlorosulphonic acid project.
