The Comp. was initially incorporated on 31-03-89 as Private Limited Comp. for taking over the business of M/s.Divya Enterprises, a partnership firm which was engaged in Civil Construction activities from 1976. It was decided to stop the construction activities & set up a manufacturing unit for terry towels at Jeedimetla, near Hyderbadcity[APs] & commenced commercial production in August 1990. The Present istalled capacity of unit is 257 TPA. The cost of existing unit of Rs.196.86 lakhs was financed by promoter funds of Rs.73.56 lakhs. APIDC tem loan of Rs.68.00 lakhs & APSFC term loan of Rs.55.30 lakhs. The Comp. was converted into a Public Limited Comp. with effect from 5th August 1992.
