Divya Jyothi Extractions Limited which was incorporated as a private limited Comp. on 8th May, 1992 in Madhya Pradesh was converted into a public limited Comp. & obtained certficate of change of name on 16th Noveber, 1992.

The Comp. has been promoted by Mr. Sanjay Baweja. The main object of Comp. is extraction of by solvent process from different oil seeds & cakes & manufacture of crude oil, refined oil, perfumed oil & all other types of oils. The Comp. is setting up a project for restablishing Solvent Extraction Plant of 300 TPD capacity & Refinery of 50 TPD capacity.

The Comp. has implemented 500 TPD Solvent Extraction Plant and has started its commercial production in the month of March 1995. The Comp. has also started the financial service activities in a professional manner.
