The Comp. was incorporated on 21/3/1986 with the registrar of companies Delhi & Haryana to set up a manufacturing unit for soya Nuggets in the year 1988 wih an installed capacityt of 300 ttonnes per annum .In respect of soya utilisattion the capacity has stadily increased from 42.5 % to the optimum level of 75 % during the year 1993-94

The compnay diversified into manufacture of tin Containers by settting up a unit in the year 1990 with an installed capacity of 8 lakh containes per year for Vanaspathi & edible oil overvthe entire country.

The Comp. acieved 100 per cent capacityt utilisaion in 93-94.The Comp. proposes to further diversify itts activities by establishing aa solvent extraction plant with extrudder ex[pander at industrial area Kosikotwan UP in Mathura Dist..The iiinstalled capacity woill be 200 tonnes per day of Mustard & the same plant can be used to crush 250 TPD of soyabean.The proposed projeect will be using mustard seeds instaed of mustard cake which is convenntionally used to increase tthe recovery & quality of oil .
