DUCK TARPAULINS LIMITED was incorporated on 20th October, 1992 as a Public Limited Comp. & obtained Commencement of Business Certificate on 30th March, 1993 with the object of manufacturing P.E. Tarpaulins & Allied Products. The Comp. was promoted by Velji Mulchand Thakkar & his sons alongwith their associates & family members. In early 1993, it was decided by Board to set up the Project. In June 1993, land admeasuring 6479.50 sq.mts. was acquired at Por Ramangamdi, Dist. Baroda, Gujarat for Project. The Comp. is presently in the process of implementing the Project.
