The Comp. was incorporated on November 17, 1981 as a Private Limited Company. It became a Public Limited Comp. vide a Special Resolution passed on July 15 1993 & obtained a fresh certificate of Incorporation on August 5, 1993.

The Comp. is engaged in the manufacture of BIS [Bureau of Indian Standardss] certified HDPE [High Density Poly Ethylenes] Pipes of outer diameter ranging from 20mm to 110 mm Furthermore, the Comp. is also manufacturing HDPE sheets of thickness ranging from 1 mm to 3 mm with a maximum width of 1.2 metres.
