2001 - The Comp. has entered into a strategic tie-up with Shecom to fulfill its manpower requirements for various key positions & also assist it in its various IT-related activities in India. 2002

-Dipti Gupta appointed as Comp. Secretary of Dynacons Systems and Solutions.

-Dynacons Systems and Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Comp. has been awarded as best VFB Partner from IBM. The Comp. has further informed that the Board has decided to conduct the meeting of Board of Directors of Comp. on August 26, 2002 for fixation of record date for split of shares from Rs 10/- to Rs 2/-.

-Dynacons Systems and Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have received the resignation of Mrs Hema Salot from the post of Director of Comp. & the same has been accepted by Board.

-The Board of Directors of Dynacons Systems and Solutions Ltd held on October 3, 2002 the following decisions were taken. 1. Appointment of Shirish M Anjaria as Chairman Cum Managing Director of Comp. . 2. Resignation of Panjaj H Salot from the post of Director of Comp. and acceptance of same by Board. 3. Board has decided to issue the notice to the shareholders for payment outstanding towards Allotment Money to be paid by them on or before October 24, 2002 failing which the Comp. will forfeit their shares.

2003 -Dynacons Systems and Solutions Ltd has decided to delist the shares from Hyderabad & Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges.

-Dynacons Systems and Solutions limited has informed that the Comp. has been appointed as an authorised distributor by M/s. Advanced Technology and Systems Co. Ltd [ADTXs], California, U.S.A. for its entire range of data storage solutions.

2004

-Dynacons Systems and Solutions Ltd has informed that as per the application made to the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, they have delisted the equity shares of Comp. from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange w.e.f. January 15, 2004.
