YEAR EVENTS 1973 - Dyna Vision limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Comp. in the Joint Sector by Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation limited [TDCOs] & Mr. P. Obul Reddy.

1975 - The Comp. commenced manufacture of Black & White Television sets under the brand name 'DYANORA'.

1982 - The Comp. commenced manufacture of colour television.

- The Comp. has established itself as one of leading manufacturers of television sets in India. The production and sales of T.V. set by Comp. has steadily increased, despite severe competition.

- The Comp. has been regularly introducing new models of television sets into the market & has also been continuously upgrading its existing product range.

- The Comp. also has a letter of intent for increasing the Black & White T.V. production capacity to 2,00,000 nos. per annum.

- The Comp. would take necessary steps to increase the production capacity in due course. - The Audio equipment manufactured by Comp. will have component supplied by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. Ltd [MEICs], Japan , who are producers of internally renowned 'NATIONAL' brand music systems.

1994 - The Comp. has also entered into an agreement with M/s. TeeDee Consumer Electronics Ltd, for conversion of their electronic products into finished goods.
