Happy Home Profin Ltd was incorporated on 06th January 1995 as a Public Limited Comp. with the objective of providing long term finance for purchase or construction of residential houses/flats. The Comp. received its commencement of business on 2nd February, 1995. Initially the Comp. was operating in Madras alone. The Comp. has so far disbursed about 130 lakhs as loans till 31st July 1995. In the current year the Comp. has opened an office at Bangalore to take advantage of growing business prospects.
