The Comp. was promoted by Cdr. R.S.Aggarwal [Retds], his associates & Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation [HSIDCs] . The Comp. has set up a project for manufacture of 1000 Tonnes of polypropylene Spinning Filament yarn [PPFYs] p.a. The plant & Machinery was imported from M/s Barmag Barme of West Germany & M/s EMS Inventa A.G.of Switzerland. Commercial production of polypropylene Filament yarn commenced in October 1985.

The main object of Comp. is to manufacture Synthetic Filament yarn including industrial yarn /tyre cord.

The factory is Located at HUDA Industrial Area Delhi, Rewari Road, Rewari 123401 Haryana.
