History of Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd.

YEAR EVENTS 1987 - The Comp. was incorporated on 12th May, in the name of Associated Grills & Profiles Ltd, with the Registrar of Companies, [R.O.C.s] Maharashtra with main object to manufacture aluminium grills, sections, railing, etc.

- The Company main product aluminium grills, which is jointly promoted with HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LTD is sold under brand name 'DECOGRILLE', is now well accepted in the market.

- The installed capacity of present plant at Daman is 240 M.T. p.a.

1994 - The name of Comp. was changed to Associated Profiles & Aluminium Ltd & a fresh certificate of incorporation to that effect was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on 13th December.

1997 - During the year Comp. issued 44,00,200 No. of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating Rs. 440.02 lacs of which 22,50,200 No. of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating Rs. 225.02 lacs were issued to the public & balance of 21,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 215 lacs were issued to the promoters.

1998 - The Company new unit at Silvassa, HIND ALUMINIUM, which manufactures EC Grade Wire Rods & All Alloy Aluminium Rods [AAARs] achieved a production level of 6930.38 MT as compared to 1324.87 MT in the previous year.

1999 - The Comp. has been awarded ISO-9002 certification for grill & fabrication division. The Comp. is the first Aluminium Grills manufacturing Comp. in India, who has been awarded this certification.

2000 - Shri A.L. Roongta IAS [Retd.s] has resigned from the Directorship of Company.

2005

-Delist from The Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd [JSEs] with effect from December 20, 2004.
