History of Hindustan Tin Works Ltd.

Hindustan Tin Works Limited [HTWLs] an existing profit making Comp. was incorporated on 11/12/1958 as a Private Limited Comp. under Companies Act, 1956 for manufacturing & trading of tin/metal containers, tin sheets. In the year 1958, the Comp. took over the assets of partnership concern named as Hindustan Tin Works which was manufacturing tin/metal containers since 1952.

The Comp. has not faced any significant labour problems & there was no closure on Acc. of same.

PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY

The Comp. is presently engaged in the manufacture of tin containers with an installed capacity of 6500 Mt p.a at A-10, Site-lV, SahibabadIndustrial Area, Distt: Ghaziabad.

The day to day affairs of Comp. are looked after by Shri Sanjay Bhatia with the assistance of well experienced & qualified team ofprofessional's. The procurement of raw materials is managed by Shri V.K.Bhatia, Marketing, Plant operations, Industrial relations, Administration. Accounts & Finance are looked after by Shri Sanjay Bhatia. Mr.A.K.Bhatia manages the local purchases, taxation & administration of registered office.

2002-Hindustan Tin Works Ltd has informed that Mr Harish Malhotra is appointed as a Director of Comp. in place of Mr P V Narayanan, who retired in the 44th AGM of Comp. held on September 30, 2002.
