YEAR EVENTS 1992 - Hitechi Jewellery Industries limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Comp. on 9th June, & obtained the commencement of business certificate on 19th June.

- The Comp. is setting up facilities for manufacture of imitation jewellery & allied fancy ornaments with an installed capacity of 100 M.T. per annum at its factory premises located at Village Ral, Bhayander [Wests], Dist. Thane.

- The Comp. has been promoted by Shri. Narendra C. Soni. The Comp. doesn't have any subsidiary Companies.

1996 - Moreover, keeping in view the changing tastes & preferences of consumers, new designs for a large variety of imitation jewellery items were developed by company in-house Design Development centre at Sanjan.

1998 - The Comp. has during the year introduced various high finish products.

2000 - The Comp. has entered into agreements with NSDL & CDSL for dematerialisation of equity shares.
